Seminars at the Cooking Stage:

 

Different barbecuing techniques pork ribs & loins and deer & pork shoulders and hams.  About 1 hour long in between Chef Albert's Seminars.

 

Friday at 6 PM

Saturday 3 PM

Sunday 3 PM

 

Samples will be at the booth right across from the Cooking Stage.
